PO Box 1156, Sunset Beach, CA 90742. What does this outdoor festival look like? The festival is located along a grassy walkway between Broadway and & 7th Street. Sunset Beach is mostly straight, with a few turns. The booths are situated on the grass. Many booth areas are flat, others are either odd shaped such as 6 X 15’, 7 X 20’ or unlevel. Be prepared to level your space if needed. Rugs are helpful. Raffle: Each booth is asked to donate a prize for the Raffle Booth. Raffles are held throughouttheArtFestivalweekend.They draw attention to your product and booth. Deadline for Applications & Payment is April 30th, 2026. Booths are assigned as applications are received. Applications and payment received before January 30th, 2026, will be given priority, and for returning artists every effort will be made to place you in your requested space. Please include the following with your completed application: Three (3) photos: One photo of you creating your work, one photo showing your booth display (set-up, size & shape), and one or two of your actual products. *ALL artists, new and returning, must include (3) photos of your work by mail or online. YOUR DIGITAL PHOTOS WILL BE PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE WHEN ACCEPTED. *SUB LOCATIONS If you do not have a Sub-Location Permit for the city of Huntington Beach (which includes Sunset Beach), you MUST obtain one at any office of the State Board of Equalization. No cost involved. You can download all information and receive a Sub-Location permit by e-mail in 1-2 days. Once you have this license/permit, you need not reapply for future festivals in Sunset Beach. You keep the original, which can be used in subsequent years. Send or email a copy of your sublocation ASAP. The address that must be shown on the Sub-Location permit is that of the Sunset Beach Community Center: 16861 12th Street, Sunset Beach, CA 90742.
