Who “runs” the Sunset Beach Art Festival?

The Sunset Art Festival is run by Las Damas, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The money raised at the Art Festival goes towards education grants for those in the community heading to college or looking to change their career; art programs for our local school; and charities for the mentally ill, homeless families, and women in abusive situations.

Will there be parking?

There are many options for parking. We have a shuttle that runs both days at Peters Landing Parking Lot off PCH. The pick-up and drop-off are next to the Starbucks INSIDE the parking lot. Additional parking is a lot behind the Jack-in-the-Box at Warner/PCH (near the children's playground). Parking is available along the greenbelt, but you'll need to get there early as it fills up quickly on any given day. You can also park in the Bolsa Chica State Parking @$15 per day. You will access the entrance off PCH and park at the north end of the lot. Your walking distance from there is about 7 small blocks.

Can I bring my dog?

We welcome them to our outdoor show as long as your pet is friendly, gentle, well behaved, kept on a leash, and most importantly has an appreciation for the arts. Also, be prepared to walk with a crowd.

Where can I get more information?

There is an information booth at 12th and N Pacific on the greenbelt area of the grass.

How can I contact an artist or vendor?

Venders' Names and booth spaces will be listed at the  Information Booth at 12th St.

What to do at our festival?

We provide our visitors with a weekend experience of fine art, food, shopping, and live music including adult beverages and non-alcohol beverages too. We have several food trucks on 12th st and food vendors on 7th St. There is a petting zoo at 7th St and a children's area which includes crafts and mermaids.

Getting to the Festival?

We are located on 12th and N. Pacific Ave in Sunset Beach. There is local parking along North & South Pacific Avenues but it will be pretty full. We do have shuttles that leave every 15 min from Peters Landing across PCH. You can also park in the Bolsa Chica State Parking @$15 per day. You will access the entrance off PCH and park at the north end of the lot. Your walking distance from there is about 7 small blocks.
