Vender Space Fee

Price: $400.00 to Las Damas for both days Via cash, check, or ZELLE. Checks to be made out to Las Damas. See the link to the ZELLE QR code after submitting the application.

Form of Payment
Please indicate how you plan to pay the $400 entrance fee and understand that YOU WILL NOT BE PLACED until payment is made. ZELLE QR code and mail-in address for checks/money orders are included on the Vender web page.

Agreement

  1. I agree that all food sold will be prepared onsite, and will not serve or sell any pre-made food for consumption.
  2. I agree to abide by all OC Health requirements and hold all required permits and insurance to operate a temporary food establishment.
  3. I have read the entire contract and accompanying general information carefully and completely. I agree to pay $400 for my space and hereby submit this application, and if I am not accepted, my payment will be refunded. I understand that I may be removed from the show without recourse or refund if I do not comply with event regulations.
  4. I accept that “Acts of Nature” occur: Rain, Wind, and such DO NOT hold Las Damas, or Sunset Beach Community Association liable for damages from such There are no refunds for natural occurrences of nature and its effects, and Las Damas is not responsible for any stolen or damaged property.
